Connecticut Valley Wood Carving will be found at many of the following events:

The Mystic Carver's Club will sponsor a weekend with Wayne Barton of the Alpine School of Woodcarving. For those who do not know, Wayne is one of the best Chip Cavers. He is scheduled to come to Mystic on March 15 & 16. The cost will be $150. Last year's class filled up, so get your check into Bob Smith at 14 Babcock Road, Westerly, RI 02891 or please email me.

The Fourth Annual Monson Woodcarving Club Show, Competition and Sale will be held at the Memorial Town Hall, Route 32, Main Street, Monson, MA on Saturday, April 26.

2008 CCA Carve Along East Sponsored by the Mystic Carvers Club.
The Mystic Carvers Club is pleased to announce their sponsorship of the 2008 CCA Carve Along East.
The site will be the Alton B. Jones Annex of the University of Rhode Island. A Package price of $340.00 has been set, which includes the classes, room and board.
The CCA Instructors for 2008 are Peter Ortel, Harley Refsal and Joe You.
